These shoes tend to run slightly big. We recommend measuring your feet and comparing them to the size chart.

We recommend ordering your usual size or a size/half-size smaller than your usual size.

Measurements are insoles measures (inside the shoe).

EXCHANGES

If your shoes don't fit, please contact us within 4 days for a one-time size exchange up to one size. One size exchange per household.

PRODUCTION

Each order takes about 10-14 days to be hand-crafted.

Once your item is made, it will be packaged and shipped from our partner facility in China.

SHIPPING

Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks.

Total estimated time to receive this made-to-order item is 3-4 weeks.

Express shipping is used when possible, however express shipping is not available to rural U.S. areas such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Standard shipping can take up to 40 days.
